Roof Access Hatches are used in office buildings, industrial buildings, and any place you might need a vertical access for any functional reasons, for instance for inspection of the roof and the equipment on the roof or as an emergency escape in case of fire where quick, safe, and practical means of escape is required. Also, in homes and offices, roof access hatch is used to improve comfort and convenience, and often as access to a roof terrace

Gas Spring
All hatches is equipped with heavy duty gas spring to assisted opening mechanism and ensuring minimum effort is required for operation.
External Finish
Powder coated with a cured dry layer thickness of 80 microns. Before powder coating, a special surface protection layer is applied.
Hatches are suitable for external exposure in coastal environments, and are highly resistant to corrosion from harsh conditions, such as high sun/wind/rain exposure environments.
Standard Powder Coat (RAL 9007).
