Metal Fabrication

 MAK-Pro fabricate/ install profiles & tubes with normal and high-grade carbon steel in accordance to JIS, BS, EU, and ASTM standards.

The different types of steel structures we fabricate are:

  • Steel structures
  • Main Steel: for Piperack, equipment structures, shelters, frames, warehouses, hangers, commercial buildings, etc.
  • Platforms: such as circular & rectangular platforms, walkways, gangways, catwalks, etc.
  • Miscellaneous Steel: such as handrails, ladders, safety gates, sliding doors, access hatches and floor doors etc.





Painting & Fireproofing:

MAK-Pro perform surface preparation through sweep blasting for fabrication and galvanizing by automated machines and grit blasting manually as per Sa 2 ½ and Sa 3.0 in preparation for painting. Blasting & painting achieve highest quality and ensure environmentally friendly process. In addition to normal painting, our experienced team is fully capable of executing intumescent & cementitious fireproofing coating whether in shop or at site.
